Cherry
Inactive ingredients: Citric acid, butylparaben, FD&C Red No. 40, cherry flavour, glycerin, high fructose corn syrup, microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, propylene glycol, water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol, sucralose, xanthan gum.
Grape
Inactive ingredients: Citric acid, butylparaben, D&C Red No. 33, FD&C Blue No. 1, grape flavour, glycerin, high fructose corn syrup, microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, propylene glycol, water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol, sucralose, xanthan gum.

Uses: Reduces fever. Temporarily relieves mild to moderate pain due to headache, muscle sprains and strains, toothache/teething pain, common cold and flu, immunization.
Directions : Do not give your child more than directed (see liver warnings and cautions below).
Children ages 2-11 years: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. For accurate dosing, follow instructions carefully. Use only the measuring dosage cup provided and find the right dose on the chart. If possible, dose by weight, otherwise use age. Remove cap and squeeze dose into dosing cup.

Warnings: Acetaminophen may cause severe or potentially fatal liver damage if more than the recommended dose is taken in 24 hours or if it is used with other medications that also contain acetaminophen. Symptoms of liver damage may include yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, sweating, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, unusual tiredness, or loss of appetite.
Allergy Alert: Acetaminophen may cause serious skin reactions, including skin reddening, blisters, or rash. If any of these symptoms occur, stop use and seek medical attention immediately.
Do Not Use this product with any other medication containing acetaminophen or if your child is allergic to acetaminophen or any of the ingredients in this product. If you’re unsure whether another medication contains acetaminophen, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Ask a Doctor or Pharmacist Before Use If your child has liver or kidney disease or is taking the blood-thinning medication warfarin.
Stop Use and Consult a Doctor If pain lasts longer than five days, fever lasts more than three days, symptoms worsen, or new symptoms appear.
Keep Out of Reach of Children.
In Case of Overdose: Contact a Poison Control Centre or doctor immediately. Prompt medical attention is essential — even if there are no obvious signs or symptoms.
